THE 21-POINT INSPECTION

Your assigned technician will follow an extensive checklist, which is detailed to cover all major and minor components of your HVAC equipment. You will find a copy of this report attached to your invoice after completion of our work performed.

Maintenance on the Furnace or Air Handler

  • Inspect the burners and heat exchangers for cracks or corrosion
  • Clean the pilot or flame sensor (with an abrasive cleaning pad)
  • Check the filter, ignitors, gas pressures and CO levels
  • Check amperages of blower motor and draft inducer motors
  • Check functionality of the condensate pump

Maintenance on the AC OR Heat Pump

  • Check outdoor coil for debris.
  • Inspect capacitor and contractor for possible failure
  • Check amperage of fans and compressor
  • Check refrigerant pressures/levels

Our Maintenance Plans also come with a 21 point Inspection and reminder service for renewal at the end of the annual coverage period.
