THE 21-POINT INSPECTION
Your assigned technician will follow an extensive checklist, which is detailed to cover all major and minor components of your HVAC equipment. You will find a copy of this report attached to your invoice after completion of our work performed.

Maintenance on the Furnace or Air Handler
- Inspect the burners and heat exchangers for cracks or corrosion
- Clean the pilot or flame sensor (with an abrasive cleaning pad)
- Check the filter, ignitors, gas pressures and CO levels
- Check amperages of blower motor and draft inducer motors
- Check functionality of the condensate pump
Maintenance on the AC OR Heat Pump
- Check outdoor coil for debris.
- Inspect capacitor and contractor for possible failure
- Check amperage of fans and compressor
- Check refrigerant pressures/levels
Our Maintenance Plans also come with a 21 point Inspection and reminder service for renewal at the end of the annual coverage period.
