Once here he noticed from the maintenance sticker on the furnace that he had helped install the new air conditioning unit here 5 years ago. Joe was very efficient, got right to work. He was a polite, conversational and informative technician. He explained to me what he was doing and why. As with all of the other Ben’s technicians, Joe was great to have in our home.
