“We have used Ben's services twice now – once to service our air conditioning unit and recently to service our gas furnace. Each time they were nice and prompt on the phone, arrived during the scheduled time (see note below) and did the necessary maintenance needed, nothing more. Never once did they try to upsell us or say we needed something we didn't. The service technicians are top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The only negative thing I can mention (and it's not really that bad) is that they initially tell you over the phone a 4 hr window, but then they follow that up with an email which states a specific one hour window. So I thought our service would be during the one hr window in the email, but they actually came much earlier than that. So just a side note that it would be great if they could get their emails to more accurately reflect the estimated time of arrival.”
