They were very careful navigating the furnace units in and our of my house. Chris and Bruce also noticed that my condensate piping was at an odd angle, so they went into the crawl space to inspect and fix the issue with that piping, which was very much appreciated. They then walked me through the installation and features of the new furnace. They cleaned up the work area and off to the next future satisfied customer.
