The only negative thing I can mention (and it's not really that bad) is that they initially tell you over the phone a 4 hr window, but then they follow that up with an email which states a specific one hour window. So I thought our service would be during the one hr window in the email, but they actually came much earlier than that. So just a side note that it would be great if they could get their emails to more accurately reflect the estimated time of arrival.”

“Chris and Bruce were friendly and professional from start to finish. They talked me through their plan to remove the old furnace with the new one. They were very careful navigating the furnace units in and our of my house. Chris and Bruce also noticed that my condensate piping was at an odd angle, so they went into the crawl space to inspect and fix the issue with that piping, which was very much appreciated. They then walked me through the installation and features of the new furnace. They cleaned up the work area and off to the next future satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Ben's Heating & Air Conditioning.”
“Justin arrived on time with a big smile on his face so I knew we had a winner right from the start! He got right in and did an annual check on our gas furnace with such skill and efficiency that he was done and handing me the paper to sign before I could hardly turn around! I double checked with him by asking if he had checked everything and he assured me he had and all was well and running properly! I am used to service people spending more time sorting tools and poking around to accomplish the same thing Justin did in a few minutes. This guy is a gem! Don't let him get away from you because he is saving you time and money with his efficient and quick service. Way to go, Justin!”
“Mike L and Zach F installed a new gas furnace in our basement a couple of weeks ago. They did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be happier! It was in the middle of a major house remodel and we are still living in the house so there were a lot of moving pieces for them to work around. I was so impressed with their manner and work ethic. They were both very polite and willing to work with me on the exact location of the unit. There were few days where Mike was here by himself and in order to make sure I was happy with the placement, he moved the unit 3 times for me, duct work and all. I know those were long days for him but he never complained. And both he and Zach worked to make sure the location of the new vents would work for us in the new remodeled space. The unit works beautifully! Lastly… we had an incident at the end of a long work day where someone had dumped buckets of wood stain in our dumpster outside and it had spilled all over the ground. Mike and Zach were getting ready to leave for the day when we noticed it but immediately grabbed supplies out of their van and started cleaning it up. I cannot thank them enough for that kindness. I would definitely recommend Ben's Heating and Air Conditioning and Mike L and Zach F as installers anytime. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Gordon did an excellent job of installing both central air conditioning and a new gas furnace. Tim assisted and both were professional and cleaned up afterwords. We still have four items that remain to be completed. They are: finish installing the UV light in the plenum, reconnect the water heater closer to chimney, repair plaster in ceiling where furnace vents out, and test run furnace.”
“My father, James a Larson, is 90 years old and very hard of hearing. He had asked me to be there while the service was performed. Justin called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Got a big star for that. Upon arrival, he introduced himself to both of us. Star two. Asked us what the problem was and then excused himself and went about his work. Explained that even though the air conditioning unit was an older model all systems were working properly. Justin did mention that by 2020 service on models with freeon (spelling) would become more complex. Appreciated Justin's work ethics. His friendliness. His job well done. Stars three, four and five. “I left a review on google but I wanted to stop by your website and make sure you knew that I was very happy with your service today.
First of all everyone I interacted with was very nice and kind. I appreciated that you are also considered reliable in the Sr Estates where I live.
I love that you sent me a picture of the technician when you sent the notification as to when he was on his way. No one does that! It was an extra step that made me feel safe.
In addition I want to let you know this technician was really nice. Often the fellas who have come from other services seem to be bothered with my questions. But its my house and my equipment so I really appreciate it when the person in my house is willing to answer my questions.
I also really appreciated him showing me the bad part and showing me why it was bad. When I saw the new part I could clearly see the difference.
My AC is running beautifully now and I will be calling Bens Heating the next time I need a service checkup or something needs to be fixed.
