“Customer service was exceptional, courteous and professional. Jennifer R. was very good at setting up a field service check by a technician to trouble shoot an issue with our 17 year old Trane gas furnace. The response time was timely and ahead of the original estimated time of arrival. We received prompt text and email notifications. The technician Aaron B. was knowledgeable and his trouble shooting of our furnace issue was thorough and pinpointed the problem. There was no pressure to immediately remedy the situation as the current weather conditions were mild enough to allow us to make some important decisions on whether to just replace the failing furnace part or upgrade to a newer more efficient furnace model based on the age of the unit we now have which is nearing the end of its performance life.”

Brandon not only came to our home to help us select the best air conditioning unit for our needs, but also answered all of my questions….even when I texted him on the weekend! Brandon took such care of us and has earned our trust. Mike and Bruce, the installation team, were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions regarding the air conditioning unit and thermostat operation. Mike and Bruce began the installation at the time and date promised and stayed until the install was completely done, the area cleaned and we were given instructions on how to best use our new air conditioner and thermostat. We plan on using Ben’s heating and air conditioning for all of our service needs. They have definitely gained a lifelong customer. They are honest, honor their quote and take time to make sure everything is perfect!”

“Ben’s Heating is the best! I have used them for years. They arrive timely. They are fair and honest when repairs are needed. We dealt with another company when we had an addition put on the house only because the contractor hired them. They kept trying to sell me more stuff like new vents for the whole house. A new register for downstairs. The service man was combative. Definitely not even comparable to Ben’s.”
