“Mike L and Zach F installed a new gas furnace in our basement a couple of weeks ago. They did a phenomenal job and we couldn't be happier! It was in the middle of a major house remodel and we are still living in the house so there were a lot of moving pieces for them to work around. I was so impressed with their manner and work ethic. They were both very polite and willing to work with me on the exact location of the unit. There were few days where Mike was here by himself and in order to make sure I was happy with the placement, he moved the unit 3 times for me, duct work and all. I know those were long days for him but he never complained. And both he and Zach worked to make sure the location of the new vents would work for us in the new remodeled space. The unit works beautifully! Lastly… we had an incident at the end of a long work day where someone had dumped buckets of wood stain in our dumpster outside and it had spilled all over the ground. Mike and Zach were getting ready to leave for the day when we noticed it but immediately grabbed supplies out of their van and started cleaning it up. I cannot thank them enough for that kindness. I would definitely recommend Ben's Heating and Air Conditioning and Mike L and Zach F as installers anytime. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Gordon did an excellent job of installing both central air conditioning and a new gas furnace. Tim assisted and both were professional and cleaned up afterwords. We still have four items that remain to be completed. They are: finish installing the UV light in the plenum, reconnect the water heater closer to chimney, repair plaster in ceiling where furnace vents out, and test run furnace.”
“My father, James a Larson, is 90 years old and very hard of hearing. He had asked me to be there while the service was performed. Justin called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Got a big star for that. Upon arrival, he introduced himself to both of us. Star two. Asked us what the problem was and then excused himself and went about his work. Explained that even though the air conditioning unit was an older model all systems were working properly. Justin did mention that by 2020 service on models with freeon (spelling) would become more complex. Appreciated Justin's work ethics. His friendliness. His job well done. Stars three, four and five. First of all everyone I interacted with was very nice and kind. I appreciated that you are also considered reliable in the Sr Estates where I live.
I love that you sent me a picture of the technician when you sent the notification as to when he was on his way. No one does that! It was an extra step that made me feel safe.
In addition I want to let you know this technician was really nice. Often the fellas who have come from other services seem to be bothered with my questions. But its my house and my equipment so I really appreciate it when the person in my house is willing to answer my questions.
I also really appreciated him showing me the bad part and showing me why it was bad. When I saw the new part I could clearly see the difference.
My AC is running beautifully now and I will be calling Bens Heating the next time I need a service checkup or something needs to be fixed.

“All who installed my new furnace & A/C were very professional. They were on time, clean & appropriately dressed and covered or removed their shoes when in the house. They informed me of what was to happen and went about their work. Bruce cleaned my ducts. I had counted 16, but had forgotten the one in the downstairs bathroom. I also asked to have the dryer vent cleaned. I expected to pay extra for these added services, but they would not bill me. Justin showed me how to work the new thermostat and left the booklet. They were done sooner than I expected too. I am enjoying the cooler house temperatures with the current high 80s temps outside right now!! Many thanks!!

Jennifer R. was very good at setting up a field service check by a technician to trouble shoot an issue with our 17 year old Trane gas furnace. The response time was timely and ahead of the original estimated time of arrival. We received prompt text and email notifications. The technician Aaron B. was knowledgeable and his trouble shooting of our furnace issue was thorough and pinpointed the problem. There was no pressure to immediately remedy the situation as the current weather conditions were mild enough to allow us to make some important decisions on whether to just replace the failing furnace part or upgrade to a newer more efficient furnace model based on the age of the unit we now have which is nearing the end of its performance life.”
